A Brief History
progressive change since 2002
BCM Didgisol was established in 2002 with a vision of being the FIRST choice in Office Automation for prospective clients. Having exceptionally strong roots in the Province, as all the Members were born and bred in Limpopo, it gives us a unique insight and understanding off the community as a whole and their specific needs.
Well-armed with more than half a century’s cumulative experience amongst the Directors, to provide tailor-made quality Office Automation solutions, that embodies our client’s needs, through comprehensive involvement and understanding our clients business.
BCM Didgisol soon found itself a major key player in the Limpopo Province which forced us to relocate to much bigger premises and currently carry a staff complement of forty three full time staff members, and still continue to grow as fast as our customer base expands.
On 31 October 2015 we moved to our brand new premises. Another milestone and the beginning of a new chapter in the already successful history of our company that has grown in tremendous leaps and bounds since 2002, all thanks to hard work and total dedication.

Employment Equity and Black Economic Empowerment
BCM Didgisol currently holds a Level 2 contributor rating BBBEE. We practice equitable employment policies and embrace the opportunity to enhance the skills and training of young black individuals. In addition to this, we regularly co-tender with numerous local entities. We furthermore have partnered with a Local Training Institute: Parkton College where we are assisting them in the way off taking in suitable candidate, training students for a period of six months per candidate in order to arm them with the necessary skills they need to enter the job market.

Enterprise Development & Corporate Responsibility
BCM Didgisol is heavily invested in bolstering the Public Education System, as we truly believe that “Today’s youth, are tomorrow’s Leaders”.
We concentrate highly on sponsoring Rural Schools who truly need our support desperately through supplying them with: soccer, netball kits and score boards to promote team sport and team spirit in these schools.
We sponsor Academic Awards in the form of trophies to these schools and assist with catering for prize giving and year end functions.
We are passionate about educating the Youth in our Province and in our beautiful country as we firmly believe that good Education is the KEY for a better future for everybody.
Throughout the year BCM Didgisol is involved in a variety of charity events and charity golf days in order to raise funds for numerous deserving causes in our community.
